New York is the city that never sleeps. That means that it is always up and running, there are so many things to do, and everywhere is busy. With the non-stop shops, gourmet restaurants, impressive Broadway shows, and many more wondrous sights, New York clearly has its hand's full. I personally have stayed in Times Square, visited the Rock-a-Fella Center, and have been to numerous Broadway shows. Another thing you might want to look at is the Girl's Guide for visiting New York. That is located in this same post below this paragraph. I love to here about your adventures too, so please do comment, collaborate, and contact me to expand your knowledge and mine!
As in the Paris post, I am adding another Girl's Guide to help you get in and out of hectic New York. Before you even get to New York, you must book your train/plane/car to get their. After you get their, go to your pre-booked hotel and settle in before you head out again. *Depending on what time you get to New York, you might have to extend this guide to the following day. The Statue of Liberty is first on the list. I haven't been here before, but pictures, stories, and meanings tell it all. This 2 hour visit consists of the boat ride there and back, the tour, walking up the steps, and looking around the island. Enough about the historical part and more to the shopping. You must get the shopping in as early as you can because these stores could get pretty busy. For recommendations purposes I would make sure you go to M&M World, The Gap, and Macy's. And then of course there are tourist shops along the way.
You must be starving! The Shake Shack or the Eataly will satisfy your hunger with milkshakes, cheese and crackers, and hamburgers. From the wide variety, you will be bound to find something. Not satisfied? Well wait until you go to Dylan's Candy Bar. This amazing wonderful candy filled world should get you ready for the next activity...A Famous Broadway Show! I have seen Matilda and the Rockets which were a glorious sight to my eyes.
I really hoped you found this guide and post useful, and I most certainly hope you have a nice time visiting New York! You will not want to leave!
