Paris is my favorite fun-filled, delicious, and glamorous city- all at once! Now we have heard about the devastating news- the Paris/ISIS attack. In this time, as a fellow country to France, we will continue to keep Paris citizens in our thoughts and hope that they are somewhat happy and trying to live their regular life. If we were in this situation, we would also want to comforted and with people we love an care.
All of Paris is not bad. Actually a lot of it is focusing on major designer brands, fancy hotels and boutiques, and some of the most amazing landmarks. You can see the Eiffel Tower where at night it is all lit up and looking better than ever- almost like a fairy tale!
You can see the Louve with the world renowned Mona Lisa. The Musee D'orsay, has grand paintings and sculptures. Paris is a total hot spot. You must visit and if you do, below is a day-to-day schedule that you should follow. Honestly, it is everything a girl would ever want to see in 48 hours or less in the magical city. Another thing you should do if you are bored after school or have a rainy day that is empty, please start you very own Carpe Diem List. When you do, you can add to visit Paris one day.
Now for that schedule of mine. If you're traveling to Paris and you want to see it all (like I would definitely want to do) then follow this day-to-day guide on what to see, do, eat, and enjoy in less than 48 hours!
Before you get on the plane and go, you must book your hotel. Whatever you choose, make sure that it offers comfortable sleeping arrangements, it is in an okay location, and that you could possibly walk to shops if needed. After you booked your flight, print out this guide and hop on the plane to Paris!
Now, what I always like to do is get settled in. You know like unpack my clothes,(...it Depends if you are staying a while. If you're not than I personally would just keep it in my suitcase.) have my map and schedule ready, know what you are going to do next, and have your bag accessible. What I contain in my walking-around-town-bag is chap stick, pocket mirror, calendar, snack, phone, and wallet. Next, you can venture out!
If you want to see it all, then I would start off with the Louve. If you didn't already know, the Mona Lisa is featured in that Museum. I have not gone in, but from what I have heard, it is a total hot spot. Since this takes up roughly about 30 minutes to an hour and a 1/2, depending on where your hotel is, it could be time for lunch or time to check out the Mouse D'orsay. Well if you choose the Mouse D'orsay then explore this huge art museum. There is not much to tell besides the fact that this activity could take up about a half a hour- where your hotel is could increase or decrease the time spent on this activity.
After your delicious lunch, go to the Eiffel Tower- not much to say because you all know what to do :) Lastly, after your pooped day, go shopping and pick up some pastries on the way! I hope you had an amazing day in Paris, France.
Thank you and please continue to keep Paris, France in your minds, hearts, and attitudes. Just think if you were in that situation...
